Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across the United Kingdom and take care to despatch orders promptly so your skincare reaches you in the best possible condition. All delivery information below applies to UK mainland addresses unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to UK addresses only — including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We are unable to fulfil orders to BFPO addresses, PO Boxes, or international destinations at this time.
Delivery Options & Costs

- Free UK Delivery: on all orders over £150 (tracked service automatically applied).
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery estimates begin from the date of despatch, not the date of order.
Order Despatch
Orders placed before [cut-off time] on a working day are typically despatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or over a weekend or bank holiday, will be despatched the next working day. You will receive a despatch confirmation email with any tracking details once your order has left our warehouse.
Tracking Your Order
Where a tracked service is used, your despatch email will include a tracking link or reference number. You can use this to follow your parcel's progress directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received a despatch email within two working days of placing your order, please check your spam folder and then contact us at care@medispa.shop.
Delayed or Missing Deliveries
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Occasional delays can occur due to high carrier volumes, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within [X] working days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at care@medispa.shop with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, if your parcel is confirmed lost, arrange a replacement or full refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Failed Deliveries
If the carrier is unable to deliver and leaves a missed-delivery card, please follow the instructions on the card to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-despatch; a second delivery charge may apply. Items that cannot be re-delivered and are not claimed within a reasonable period may be subject to our returns process.
Damaged in Transit
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please do not discard the packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@medispa.shop with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
